Randy Norman, 66, of Savannah, died on Friday, March 25, in Jackson, Tennessee.
He was born in Gary, Indiana, the son of the late Bob and Dolores M. Norman. He was united in marriage to Cheryl Johnson, who survives.
Prior to moving to Savannah, Mr. Norman resided in Las Vegas, Nevada and Biloxi, Mississippi. He trained casino dealers and managed card rooms in Nevada, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He was the 1987 Poker Champion and Hi Lo Split Winner. He also dealt in antiques and owned an antique store. He was a member of Pyburn Union Church in Savannah.
He is survived by wife, Cheryl Norman; daughter, Nateleah Dean Norman; son, Michael Rowland; brother, Allen G. Norman; and six grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 29, at Pyburn Cemetery in Savannah with Jason Estes officiating.
