Rush “Rowdy” Mayfield (2-14-22) service 2-20-22

Rush “Rowdy” Mayfield, 45, of Crump, died on Monday, Feb. 14, in Savannah.
He was born in Memphis. He was united in marriage to Jessica Wells, who survives.
Mr. Mayfield was a business owner who was active in the community. He was a member of Amazing Life Church in Savannah.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica Mayfield of Crump; daughters, Patience Mayfield, Love-Lee Mayfield, Heavenlee Mayfield and Liberty Mayfield, all of Crump; father, Berl Mayfield and his wife Lisa of Franklin, Tennessee; mother, Susan Baldwin Mayfield of Murfreesboro; sisters, Michelle Pewitt of Saltillo, Natalie Anderson of Murfreesboro and Dorothy Mercado of Franklin, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Daddy Jim and Virginia Mayfield and Don and Tennie Baldwin.
Services were held on Sunday, Feb. 20, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Marvin Norris and Don Lipford officiating. Burial followed in Memory Gardens at Savannah.
