Freeda Bricker (1-16-22) service 1-19-22

Freeda Mae Weeks Bricker, 79, of Adamsville, died on Sunday, Jan. 16.
She was born in Leapwood, Tennessee, the daughter of the late A.N. and Mary Florence Harris Weeks.
She was first united in marriage to Carl McKee, who preceded her in death. She then married Billy Joe Burks, who preceded her in death. She later married Donald Avan Bricker, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Bricker worked as a licensed practical nurse with the Vinson Clinic for many years and retired from Tri-County Convalescent Center in Adamsville. She was a member of the Order of The Eastern Star, holding many offices through the years. She was a member of Adamsville Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Carla Coleman of Erin, Tennessee; a son, Randy McKee of Adamsville; two stepsons, John Bricker of Adamsville and Andy Bricker of Savannah; six grandchildren; four step grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Brenda Pickens of Adamsville.
In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Finley; and six brothers, Welbert, Elvin, Doyle, Shannon, Waylon and Arvis Weeks.
Services were held on Wednesday, Jan. 19, at 1 p.m., at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Selmer with Marvin Morrow and Marcus Morrow officiating. Burial followed in Mars Hill Cemetery at Adamsville.
