Jane Evelyn Smith (1-7-22) service 1-12-22

Jane Evelyn Holt Smith, 76, of Savannah, died on Friday, Jan. 7.
She was born in Wayne County, the daughter of the late Floyd and Grace Cagle Holt. She was united in marriage to Charles William Smith, who survives.
Mrs. Smith was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She retired after 26 years of service to the church as secretary.
She is survived by her husband, Charles William Smith; children, Carol Warren Ellison and Robert Lee Warren, both of Savannah; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brother, Billy Holt of Clifton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Holt.
Services were held on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Savannah with Helen Hamilton officiating.
