Nettie Sue Brown, 83, of Savannah, died on Saturday, Nov. 27, in Savannah.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Millard and Dora Curry Brown.
She was a seamstress by trade, working for several years at Selmer Manufacturing.
She is survived by six sisters, Lennie Ruth Keistler of Jackson, Tennessee, Bernice Nash of Finger, Carolyn Southern, Wana Brown, Donna Springer and Linda Talley, all of Savannah; three brothers, James Earl Brown of Rockford, Illinois, Bobby Joe Brown of Finger and William Lee Brown of Selmer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Charles Roy Brown; and a sister, Mary Francis Butler.
A graveside service was held at Lutts Cemetery, in Lutts, on Sunday, Nov. 28, with Daniel Holt officiating.
