Charlotte Wayne Tease Yeiser, 85, of Savannah, died on Wednesday, Nov. 10.

She was born in Sheffield, Alabama, the daughter of the late James Albert and Hattie Wayne Counts Tease. She was united in marriage to Grady Yeiser Jr., who survives.

A long-time member of Hopewell Baptist Church, Mrs. Yeiser was involved in their activities, including their banner ministry which she oversaw for several years, making many of the banners they used.

She is survived by her husband, Grady Yeiser Jr. of Savannah; three daughters, Denise Burcham and Donna Davis, both of Savannah and Diane Patty of Chattanooga; a brother Ed Tease of Florence, Alabama; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two nieces; two great-nieces and one great-nephew.

Memorial donations may be made to Hopewell Baptist Church Building Fund, 9845 Highway 128, Savannah, Tenn. 38372.

Services were held on Sunday, Nov. 14, at Hopewell Baptist Church in Savannah with Rev. Randy Isbell and Carter Carroll officiating. Burial followed in Savannah Cemetery.
