Lorie Antley Jones, 50, of Morris Chapel, died on Saturday, Nov. 6.
She was born in Orlando, Florida, the daughter of Candace Blatzer McCaffity. She was united in marriage to David Jones Jr., who survives.
Mrs. Jones had worked for Hardin Medical Center for 16 years and as a medical transcriptionist for 22 years.
In addition to her husband, David Jones of Morris Chapel, she is survived by a son, Caleb Antley of Morris Chapel; mother, Candace McCaffity and her husband Lewis of Blairsville, Georgia; stepson, Corey Jones of Shelbyville, Tennessee; stepdaughter, Felecia Bush of Shelbyville, Tennessee; a granddaughter; brother, James Blatzer of Middleburg, Florida; and sister, Rebecca Stockwell of Blairsville, Georgia.
Services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 11 a.m., at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens at Savannah.
