Patrick Talley (10-26-21) service 10-30-21

Patrick Eugene Talley, of Savannah, departed this life on Tuesday, Oct. 26, at the age of 77 years, 2 months and 3 days.
He was born in Hardin County on Aug. 23, 1944, the son of the late William Andrew and Anna Louise Stambridge Talley. On Aug. 13, 1963, he was united in marriage to Joan Mary Sue Brown, who preceded him in death on Dec. 3, 2015.
Patrick was self-employed as a carpenter building houses. He loved the Lord and was a member of First Baptist Church in Savannah. Patrick enjoyed hunting and fishing, loved his family, watching Westerns, going to the flea market, and going to auctions.
He is survived by his children, Bobby Talley Sr. and his wife Judith, and Tammy McCasland and her husband Doug, all of Savannah; grandchildren, Kristen Brown, Cassidy Brown, Matthew Talley, Bobby Talley Jr., Lucas McCasland and Felecia Allen; great-grandchildren, Jaxon Bowling, Trinity Talley, Brently Talley, Hunter Talley, Rebel Allen, Valor Allen, Scarlett Allen and Nonnie Allen; sisters, Faye Franks and Vickie Melson, both of Savannah; and brothers, Jerry Talley of Mississippi and David Talley of Savannah.
In addition to his parents and wife, Patrick was preceded in death by his sisters, Edith Blackwell, Helen Harville and Carol Moncher; and brothers, Bobby Jack Talley and Nelson Ander Talley.
Services were held on Saturday, Oct. 30, at 3 p.m., at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Onnie Ralph officiating. Burial followed in Mount Hermon Cemetery at Savannah.
