Betty Duckworth Benson, 74, of Savannah, died on Thursday, Oct. 14.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late James and Lucille Harville Duckworth.
She was a CNA with Grace Healthcare and a member of Savannah Heights Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Joe Lynn Benson; and sister, JoAnn D. Norval, both of Savannah.
Services were held on Saturday, Oct. 23, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Jack Byars officiating. Burial followed in Mount Hermon Cemetery at Savannah.
