Joyce Smith (9-11-21) service 9-14-21

Joyce Smith, 69, of Glen, Mississippi, died on Saturday, Sept. 11, at Jackson-Madison General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.
She was born in Anniston, Alabama, to the late Joseph Thomas and Reba June Kean Hurley.
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and was of Methodist faith.
She is survived by her sons, Steven James Smith and Shane Anthony Smith; her daughters, Frances Lynn Richardson Smith, Patricia Lynn Smith and Patty Jean Provence; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her brothers, Tommy Hurley and Mike Hurley; her sisters, Becky Smith, Delores Rast and Donna Bullock; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Smith.
A celebration of her life was held on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 11 a.m., at Magnolia Funeral Home East, officiated by James Voyles. Interment followed in Indian Springs Cemetery.
