Patsy Parker (9-5-21) service 9-8-21

Patsy Ruth Parker, of Saltillo, was born in Saltillo on Aug. 13, 1931, the daughter of the late George Levert and Mary Exie Smith Bingham.
On June 20, 1948, she was united in marriage to Wallace Allen Parker Jr., who preceded his wife in death on Aug. 2, 2014.
Patsy was a homemaker and a member of Christ Temple Assembly of God. She was a loving mother and very dedicated to God. Patsy had a servant’s heart. Everyone was welcomed at her home and food was always on her table.
She departed this life on Sunday, Sept. 5, in Saltillo, at the age of 90 years and 23 days.
Patsy is survived by her children, Michael Allen Parker and his wife Kathy of Saltillo, Joe Lawrence Parker and his wife Faye of Saltillo, Angela Jean Brown and her husband Don of Sardis, and Mary Elizabeth Martin and her husband Randy of Savannah; grandchildren, Sarah Kate Parrish, Rachel Ellen Morris, Robert Abraham Parker, Joni Marie Jerrolds, Jo Ann Maupin, Abby Suzette Puckett, Morgan Haley Brown, Caleb Andrew Brown, Miranda Elizabeth Armstrong, Madison Shelby Martin, and Mia Grace Martin; and great-grandchildren, Kate Helen Parrish, Kourtney Parrish, J.P. Morris, Libbie Morris, Jenna Morris, Ava Parker, Emma Parker, Wade Parker, Laney Parker, Natalie Jerrolds, Parker Jerrolds, Cara Maupin, Chloe Maupin, Camille Maupin, Darcy Jo Puckett, Carson Armstrong and Camden Armstrong.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Gene Bingham; and one grandchild, Clint Martin.
A special thank you to her niece Lila Smith for all the loving care she provided.
Services were held on Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 1 p.m., at Christ Temple Church in Saltillo with Larry Paul Rich and Zach Roper officiating. Burial followed in Tarbet Cemetery at Saltillo.
