Virginia Goodwin (8-14-21) service 8-19-21

Virginia Goodwin, 84, of Savannah, died on Saturday, Aug. 14.
She was born in Missouri, the daughter of the late Iven Washington White and Nona Pyron White. She was united in marriage to John William Goodwin, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Goodwin worked for Saint Joseph Hospital in Memphis. She was a member of Landmark United Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by her children, Donna Curtis of Shiloh, Cindy May of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Mitch Goodwin of Medina, Tennessee, and Jacqueline Hamm of Adamsville; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Oberia Sowell of Michie; and brothers, Rayborn White of Decaturville, Tennessee, Rodger White of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and Phillip White of Dallas, Texas.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Ellen Cooksey, Omega Sweat, Ruth Tucker, Marie Byrd; and brothers, Jake White, Ray White, J.W. White, Paul White, Gerald Junior White, Bruce White and Charles White.
Services were held on Thursday, Aug. 19, at Landmark Pentecostal Church in Stantonville with Darrell Moffett officiating. Burial followed in Mud Creek Cemetery at Adamsville.
