Gary Haynes (5-30-21) service 6-4-21

Gary Dillon Haynes, 68, of Savannah, died on Sunday, May 30.
He was born in Savannah, the son of Wilma Barrier White and the late Deward Clyde Haynes. He was united in marriage to Temple Ann Blythe, who survives.
Mr. Haynes served his country in the United States Army serving from 1972 until he retired in 1992 as Sergeant First Class. He was a member of Crosswinds Church of Christ in Three Way, Tennessee.
He departed this life on Sunday, May 30, in Savannah.
In addition to his wife Temple Ann Haynes of Savannah, he is survived by his children, Marlana Haynes Copeland of Savannah and Jason Paul Haynes of Medina, Tennessee; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother, Wilma White of Savannah; and sister, Laura Spradlin of Savannah.
He was preceded in death by his father, Deward Haynes; stepfather, Noel White; sisters, Claudia Haynes and Frankie Brown; and brother, Paul Haynes.
Services were held on Friday, June 4, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Chuck Morris and David Baker officiating. Burial followed in Tennessee State Veteran Cemetery at Parkers Crossroads at Wildersville, Tennessee.
