Emma Stricklin (6-4-21) service 6-7-21

Emma Franks Stricklin, 83, of Savannah, died on Friday, June 4, in Savannah.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Neal McGinley and Ada Melson Franks. She was united in marriage to G.W. Stricklin, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Stricklin was a housewife and helped her husband on the farm. She attended Abrams Chapel United Methodist Church over the years until her health declined.
She is survived by her daughter, Ginger Elaine Stricklin of Savannah.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Faron Malone Stricklin; sisters, Jewel Wilkerson, Etta Sherrill, Edith Holt, Carolyn Franks, Katherine Johnson, Margaret Franks and Mae Sherrill; and brothers, Oscar Franks, Arthur Franks and James Franks.
A graveside service was held on Monday, June 7, at Germany Branch Cemetery in Savannah with Daniel Holt officiating.
