Nancy Bullard (4-1-21)

Nancy Anne Baxter Bullard, 62, of Selmer, died on Thursday, April 1, in Jackson, Tennessee.
She was born in Tampa, Florida, the daughter of the late Kenneth Richard and Barbara Isabelle Isabelle Baxter.
Mrs. Bullard was a dog groomer for several years.
She is survived by a son, Jason Carter of Manchester, Tennessee; two daughters, Barbara Geanne Labossiere of Selmer, Annielyn Null of Pearl, Mississippi; a sister, Rhonda Tears of Adamsville; a brother, Kenneth Richard Baxter Jr.; eight grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter; and great-nephew.
There will be private family services at a later date.
