Roxanna Milligan (3-14-21)

Roxanna Eva Derr Milligan, 66, of Savannah, died on Sunday, March 14.
She was born in Independence, Iowa, the daughter of the late Annette Marie Black Swiney and Herbert Franklin Derr.
She is survived by her children, Sherri Kelley of Fairbank, Iowa, and Dave Postel of Eldridge, Iowa; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brothers, Donald Derr of Savannah and Dwayne Derr of Counce.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Byron Taylor and Curtis Derr.
Private graveside services were held.
