Teresa Crumby (1-8-21) service 1-12-21

Teresa Crumby, 53, of Savannah, died on Friday, Jan. 8.
She was born in Jackson, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Albert and Joyce Bennett King. She was united in marriage to Joey Crumby, who survives.
Mrs. Crumby had previously been a social worker for Pine Meadows. During her lifetime, she had been a member of Maple Springs Baptist Church in Medon, Tennessee, and was a former Eastern Star, serving several terms as a Worthy Matron and serving as Grand Representative to the state of Vermont.
In addition to her husband, Joey Crumby of Savannah, she is survived by her daughters, Bethany Hope Crumby of Savannah and Brittany Faith Crumby of Florence, Alabama; a brother, Dewayne King of Toone, Tennessee; sisters, Barbara Smith of Toone, Tennessee, and Bonnie Alvarez of Bolivar; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held on Tuesday, Jan. 12, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Dennis McMahan and Jason Martindale officiating. Burial followed in Old Union Cemetery at Adamsville.
