Patsy Choate (12-6-20)

Patsy Ann Choate, 78, of Savannah, died on Sunday, Dec. 6.
She was born in Savannah, the daughter of the late Lawson and Zubie Austin Tidwell. She was united in marriage to Morris Choate, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Choate was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Savannah.
She is survived by her children, Tammy Bishop, Phillip Mowdy and Angie Lunsford; five grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her children, Bryan Choate and Mayce Choate; and six siblings.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, Dec. 9, at Memory Gardens in Savannah with David Baker officiating.
