Lois Alexander (11-11-20) service 11-13-20

Lois Alexander, of Savannah, was born in Jamestown, Tennessee on Sept. 4, 1932, the daughter of the late Frank Ealis and Ora May Richards Stephens.
On Sept. 14, 1950, she was united in marriage to Elton Alexander, who survives.
Lois grew up in Jamestown, Tennessee and then later moved to Savannah in 1949. She retired after 41 years from Brown Shoe Company, where she worked as a flat folder. Lois’s greatest joy was her children and grandchildren, especially her baby boy Adam. If you wanted to see true love all you had to do was look at Lois and Elton after 70 years of marriage, it was if they had just fell in love.
She departed this life on Wednesday, Nov. 11, in Savannah, at the age of 88 years, 2 months and 7 days.
In addition to her husband of 70 years, Elton of Savannah, she is survived by her children, Adam Alexander and his wife Charrity of Savannah and Andrew Alexander and his wife Whittney of Collinwood; daughter-in-law, Sherry Warrington and her husband Kenneth of Lutts; grandchildren, Katie and Kolby Alexander, expecting Whittan Drew Alexander in January 2021, and MacKenzie Mooneyhan; great-grandchild, Rylnn Dale Vaughn; and sisters, Nancy Polk and her husband Harold Martin of Savannah and Lucille Robinson of Savannah.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Stevie Lynn (Butch) Alexander; grandchild, Kylie Marie Alexander; two brothers, Willis Stephens and Bruce Stephens; two sisters, Doris Whited and Donnie Alexander; one infant brother and one infant sister.
A graveside service was held on Friday, Nov. 13, at Memory Gardens in Savannah with Greg Eaton and Jerry Milliken officiating.
