Willie C. Moore Sr. (9-11-20) service 9-18-20

Willie C. Moore Sr., 81, of Savannah, died on Friday, Sept. 11.
He was born in Huntingdon, Tennessee, the youngest of a set of twin boys to the late Rev. Walter I. Moore Sr. and Dollie B. Moore. He was united in marriage to Linda Faye Woodson, who survives.
Mr. Moore was a pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He led out in numerous tent revivals, holding Daniel and Revelation seminars, and giving Bible studies. He also worked as associate publishing director of Literature Evangelism in Denver, Colorado, Houston Texas, and Little Rock, Arkansas.
In addition to his wife Linda Moore, he is survived by his children, Kimberly Moore-Banks, Wiletta Shawnta Moore, Willie C. Moore Jr., and Reginald Rattler. He also leaves behind his grandchildren; twin brother, Jimmie C. Moore; four sisters, Freddie Mae Brooks, Mattie Faye Smith, Jewlean Taylor and Linda Johnson; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Dollie Moore; four brothers, Walter Moore Jr., John Edward Moore, Tommy D. Moore and James Henry Moore; and his son, Ronald Rattler.
Services will be held on Friday, Sept. 18, at 11 a.m., at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with James Owens and Vandeon Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens.
