Rayford Lambert (9-12-20) service 9-15-20

Rayford James Lambert, of Bolivar, was born in Florence, Alabama, on Nov. 5, 1951, the son of the late Charles Ray and Wilma Louise Austin Lambert.
Rayford was a member of Walnut Grove Church of Christ. He loved being outdoors, fishing, camping and gardening. Rayford loved to talk to everyone and socialize. He was deeply loved and spoiled by 22 aunts and uncles.
Rayford departed this life on Saturday, Sept. 12, in Bolivar, Tennessee at the age of 68 years, 10 months and 7 days.
He is survived by his sisters, Judy Pollard and husband Johnny of Savannah, Lois Franks and husband Walton of Savannah and Margaret Doss and husband Danny of Counce; brother, Dennis Lambert and wife Becky of Savannah; nieces and nephews, Emily Patterson, Derrick Pollard, Tanya McLin, Kristy Hunter, Blake White and Chad Lambert; and a host of great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Rayford was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubert and Verdie Lambert and Clarence and Ellen Austin.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Savannah with R.L. Qualls and Donnie Allen officiating.
