Frank Winters (8-12-20) service 8-15-20

Franklin “Frank” Lamar Winters, 78, of Adamsville, died on Wednesday, Aug. 12, at his residence.

He is the son of the late Bill and Lucille Willis Winters. He was united in marriage to Kathy Winters, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Winters was a riverboat captain.

He is survived by his children, Katreina Winters of Adamsville, Kem Winters of Adamsville, Konda Winters of Scotts Hill and Kevin Winters of Savannah; six grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Willis Winters of Counce; one nephew and three nieces.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Earl Winters.

Funeral service was held at Center Hill Baptist Church on Saturday, Aug. 15 with Keith Driskell officiating. Burial followed at Center Hill Cemetery in Counce.
