Frances Harmon (6-4-20)

Frances Harmon, 87, of Savannah, died Thursday, June 4.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Carl and Minnie Hunt Harville.
She was a beautician and a farmer. She was also a member of Souls Harvest Church in Savannah.
She is survived by her children, Travis Burks, Donald Harmon, and Ebby Harmon, all of Savannah;  brother, Otis Harville of Savannah; sisters, Bobbie Aleva , Linda Reed, and Connie Steward, all of Savannah; 20 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her children, Oscar Burks and Jim Burks; brother, R.D. Harville; half brother, Harvey Harville; and half sisters, Velma Haynes, Ellene Franks, and Pauleen Stricklin.
Services were held on June 7, at 3 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Bobby Pickens officiating. Burial followed in the Memory Gardens at Savannah, Tennessee.
