Lawrence Alan Wilson, 65, of Tishomingo, Mississippi, died Wednesday, April 22, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka, Mississippi.
Mr. Wilson was of the Church of Christ faith. He was a hard-working cattle farmer and had been employed at North Mississippi Polymers since 1973. He enjoyed taking trips and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Wilson, of Tishomingo; his son, Brad Bishop, and wife, Stefanie, of Savannah; three sisters, Barbara Deaton, of Tishomingo, Darlene Bonds, of Iuka, and Judy Robinson, of Iuka; and two grandchildren, Ella Bishop, and Maggie Bishop, both of Savannah.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Thomas and Ila Dean McCoy Wilson; and his father-in-law, Bill McAsland.
Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka is entrusted with arrangements. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 regulations, a public memorial service will be announced as soon as possible. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. An online guestbook can be accessed at
