Betty Massey (2-20-20) service 2-27-20

Betty Joan Massey, 80, of McDonough, Georgia, formerly of Savannah, died on Thursday, Feb. 20, in her home in McDonough, Georgia.
Born in Springfield, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Susan Teasley. She was united in marriage to Robert L. Massey, who survives.
Mrs. Massey was employed at Southern Reid Optical as a lab technician for 20 years in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
In addition to her husband, Robert L Massey of McDonough, Georgia, she is survived by sons, Ben Tyler of Savannah, John T. Massey of McDonough, Georgia, and Andy Massey of Jackson, Georgia; six grandchildren; and brother, Joe Teasley of Springfield, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin daughters, Susan and Ruby Massey; one sister, Nancy Teasley Watts; and two brothers, Jim Teasley and Bob Teasley.
Services were held on Thursday, Feb. 27, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Paul Childers officiating. Burial followed in White Sulphur Cemetery at Pickwick Dam.
