Complete this online survey to help Hardin County get a new fire truck
The Hardin County Fire Department needs your help to get a new fire truck.
The department announced Wednesday it hopes to get a grant to pay for the vehicle and is conducting a required survey to qualify for the grant.
Only Hardin County residents who live outside the corporate limits of a city – Crump, Savannah, Saltillo and the portion Adamsville in the county – are asked to complete the confidential survey.
The survey can be completed online in just a few minutes at: https://bit.ly/2RfDRhM
Be on the lookout also for volunteers going door-to-door or calling those they know to fill out a survey. A total of 400 completed surveys are needed to apply for the grant.
Surveys completed by city residents will not count because the grant is for county fire protection only.
They are a wonderful department
Hardin County is always in need of updated equipment to continue to provide the best protection and services to the citizens of the county. Their volunteers are some of the most dedicated people I have ever met.
Completed the survey and hope Hardin County will qualify fo the grant. Thanks to the one (ones) who applied for it.
