Tommy DeLaney (9-28-19) service 10-1-19

Tommy S. DeLaney, 74, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee, died on Saturday, Sept. 28, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born in Hardin County, son of the late Joseph L. and Ruby Mae Jarrett DeLaney.
Mr. DeLaney served in the U.S. Air Force, and retired from IBM after more than 25 years.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon DeLaney; two sons, Kevin DeLaney of Cedar Grove, Tennessee; and Jeff DeLaney of Medina, Tennessee; four grandchildren; and siblings, Edward DeLaney of Savannah; Kate Castleman of Savannah, Norman Delaney of Bartlett, Tennessee and Gail Pickens of Henderson, Tennessee.
Services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 1, in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home, Jackson, Tennessee, with burial and military honors in Highland Memorial Gardens.
