Ruby Shetley (9-28-19) service 10-3-19

Ruby Pauline Prewett Shetley, 95, of Savannah, died on Saturday, Sept. 28.
She was born Oct. 5, 1923, in Porum, Oklahoma, to the late JF and Lizzie Prewett. She was a member of Free Will Baptist Church Pleasant Grove Savannah, and formally of Okemah Free Will Baptist Church of Okemah, Oklahoma.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Alfred Shetley; sister, Jessie Spears; brother, Gene Prewett; stepdaughter, Anita Shetley, her children’s father, William Cooper and their beloved daughter Peggy Lou Cooper.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Gayle Mathis (Jerry) of Savannah; her son, Billy Dean Cooper (Marie) of Yakima, Washington; her sister, Lillian Price of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania; stepdaughter, Charlene Trammel (Joe) of Burneyville, Oklahoma; grandchildren ,Tamera Croney, Peggy Maxwell, Bradley Cooper and Christopher Cooper; great-grandchildren, Dane Cooper, Coby Cooper, Kyan Cooper, Jacinda Cooper, Christina Pryce, Zachery Maxwell; and a host of great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends and family at Parks Brothers Funeral Home, 301 N. 3rd St., Okemah, Oklahoma 74859, on Thursday, Oct. 3,  service at 11 a.m. Following will be a graveside service at Highland Cemetery in Okemah, Oklahoma.
