J. Huston Dill (8-13-19) service 8-16-19

J. Huston Dill, 71, of Savannah, died on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
He was born in Tupelo, Mississippi, the son of the late Buck Huston and Eva Sellers Dill. He was united in marriage to Nancy P. Lesley, who survives.
Mr. Dill was a retired self employed carpenter and in 1986 he became an ordained minister. He was a member Bruton Branch Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife Nancy Dill of Savannah, he is survived by his children, William Dill of Pontotoc, Mississippi, Scotty Lee Dill of Guntown, Mississippi and Candy Shockley of Savannah; sisters, Susie Johnson, Nancy Kemp and Peggy Crumpton, all of Mantachie, Mississippi; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Jerry Dill; and three sisters, Virginia Gray, June Payne and Patsy Dill.
A graveside service was held on Friday, Aug. 16, at Wesley’s Chapel Church Cemetery in Savannah with Scott Stout officiating.
