Eva Couch (8-13-19) service 8-16-19

Eva Nell Austin Doran Couch, of Savannah, was born in Hardin County on May 3, 1930, the daughter of the late Archie Floyd and Minnie L. Austin.
On Dec. 18, 1965, she was united in marriage to Jess Doran, who preceded his wife in death on July 19, 1981.  On Dec. 13, 1991, she was united in marriage to Thomas Couch, who preceded her in death on April 27, 2006.
Eva was a retired seamstress.
She departed this life on Tuesday, Aug. 13, in Savannah, at the age of 89 years, 3 months and 10 days.
Eva is survived by her siblings, Floyd Gene Austin of Savannah, Bobby Joe Austin of Savannah and Betty Sue Austin DeGard of Hammond, Indiana; nieces and nephews, Charles Crotts and his wife Peggy, Danny Austin and his wife Becky, JoAnna Rinks, Dale Austin, Keith DeGard and his wife Kathie, and Davy Austin and his wife Carol; great nieces and great nephews, Danette Franks, Jackie Smith, Angela Smith, Jennifer Lewis, Susan Richardson, Justin, Amanda, Luke Austin, Jake Austin, Leah Austin, Greyson Richardson, Wesley White, Sydney White, James Lewis, Jacob, Taylor, Peyton, Jesse, Shelia, Daniel Franks, Jacob and Madelon Smith, and Shelly and Libby Smith.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Alda M. Crotts and Anna Bell Austin; brother, Thomas J. Austin; nephew, Wayne Crotts; and niece, Anette Davis.
Services were held on Friday, Aug. 16, at 11 a.m., at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with A.J. Fowler officiating. Burial followed in Memory Gardens at Savannah.
