Betty Qualls (7-29-19) service 8-1-19

Betty Sue Qualls, 69, of Savannah, died on Monday, July 29, in Savannah.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Gulmer and Artie Christine Highland Benson. She was united in marriage to RL Qualls, who survives.
Mrs. Qualls was a homemaker and was a lifetime member of Walnut Grove Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband RL Qualls, she is survived by her children, Lynn Qualls and Wendy Qualls, both of Savannah; onw grandchild; three great-grandchildren; brother, Curtis Benson of Florence, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Benny Loyd Benson, Anderson “Rod” Benson and James Elvin Benson; and one sister, Barbara Faye Vinson.
Services were held on Thursday, Aug. 1, at Walnut Grove Church of Christ in Savannah with Howard Rogers and David Dowdy officiating. Burial followed in Walnut Grove Cemetery at Savannah.
