Brenda Mills (6-3-19) service 6-6-19

Brenda Joyce Mills, 67, of Bethel Springs, died on Monday, June 3, in Jackson, Tennessee.
She was born in Savannah,  the daughter of the late Edward Earl and Anna Elizabeth Terry White. She was raised in the Pyburn/Nixon community of Hardin County. She was united in marriage to Greg Mills, who survives.
Mrs. Mills was an active member of Piney Grove Church of God and led worship. She volunteered in Jackson with Celebrate Recovery, a Christ centered recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain or addiction of any kind.
She is survived by her husband, Greg Mills of Bethel Springs; a son, Brandon Haggard of Bethel Springs; two daughters, Brandy Alysha Wilson and Stephanie Harbin, both of Bethel Springs; a sister, Barbara Majors of Savannah; five grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Services were held on Thursday, June 6, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Selmer with Aaron Moss officiating. Burial followed in Pyburn Cemetery, Savannah.
