Ada Jeter (5-23-19) service 5-25-19

Ada Jeter, 95, of Clifton, died on Thursday May 23.
She was born in Clifton, the daughter of the late John Thomas Jeter and Molly Jane Pevahouse Jeter.
She was mostly a farmer her whole life, specializing in pigs and cattle, but had also worked for Clifton Manufacturing and Clifton Sock Factory. She was a member of Clifton Church of Christ.
She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two half-sisters, Minnie Lineberry and Olar Williams; two half-brothers, Carl and Neal Jeter; four brothers, Robert, Paul, Jack and Ed Jeter; a sister, Polly Jeter; and a twin sister, Ida Prater.
Services were held on Saturday, May 25, at Clifton Church of Christ with Tracy Love officiating. Burial followed in Prater’s Chapel Cemetery at Clifton.
