Virginia “Gin” Farley (4-29-19)

Virginia “Gin” Farley, age 78, formerly of Adamsville, passed away Monday, April 29, after a long battle with cancer.
Gin was born on Jan. 12, 1941, in Battle Creek, Michigan, and was married to Ed Farley who preceded her in death.
While living in Adamsville, she worked at Shiloh Golf Course for many years before moving to Cordova to be near her son Brian. Gin enjoyed spending time with her friends and went on many fun trips with her bowling group. She loved being in her back yard, gardening and feeding the hummingbirds.
Gin’s greatest love was her children. Her daughter Lynda preceded her in death and her son Brian lives in Memphis. She is also survived by one brother and one sister from Battle Creek, Michigan, along with several nieces and nephews.
