Kerry Livengood (3-27-19) service 3-30-19

Kerry R. Livengood, 66, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died on Wednesday, March 27, after a long battle with cancer.
He was born in Maryville, Tennessee, son of Rayford and and the late Roxie Reynolds Livengood.
Mr. Livengood worked and lived several years abroad in Nepal, Ethiopia and Kyrgyzstan.
He was employed as a forest resource analyst for the past 11 years at the Tennessee Division of Forestry, Department of Agriculture in Nashville. He was a member of the Tennessee Forestry Association, Society of American Foresters and Geographic Information Council. He worked on the fire fighting efforts of Gatlinburg in 2016.
He was a member of Christ Community Church of Franklin, Tennessee. He was a founder of the Stewards Garden at the church. He was also a deacon at Grace Presbyterian Church of Alexandria, Louisiana for many years.
He is survived by his wife Pamela Casey Livengood; six children, Katie Harper, Rebecca Leach, Susannah Livengood, Emily Branch, Christian Livengood and Benjamin Livengood;  father, Rayford Livengood; four grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Combs and Carol Francisco; nephews and nieces; and great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his  grandparents, Jamie and Mirl Reynolds, Rev. Clinton and Lillie Livengood.
Services were held on Saturday, March 30, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah.  Burial followed in Neill Cemetery at Savannah.
