Hazel Baugus (1-3-19) service 1-5-19

Hazel Baugus, 89, of Savannah, died on Thursday, Jan. 3.
She was the daughter of the late Lige Daniel and Ida Beatrice Franks Irvin.
She worked as a supervisor for Brown Shoe Company for 38 years and as a caregiver for the elderly.
She is survived by her sons, Wayne Baugus and Kenneth Baugus, both of Savannah; daughter, Faye Parker of Saltillo; sister, Jewel White of Savannah; brother L.D. Irvin of Savannah; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Randall Baugus; brothers, Jack Irvin and Walter Irvin; and sister, Ruie Reynolds.
Services were held on Saturday, Jan. 5, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Eric Smith officiating. Burial followed in Memory Gardens at Savannah.
