James Bryant (10-28-18) service 11-4-18

James Altumn Bryant, 73, of Savannah, died on Sunday, Oct. 28.
He was born in Hardin County to the late James and Mollie L. Shelby Bryant. He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Franks, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Bryant was a member of Mt. View Church of Christ. He worked at multiple places including, Liberty National, Combined Insurance Company, E&R Construction, and he worked as a welder at Savannah Machine Shop and Loader Company for 25 plus years.
He is survived by his two daughters, Maria Bryant and Jamie Stricklin, both of Savannah; and two grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Frankie Bray, Gladys Boroughs and Dexter Russell; and brothers, Henry Joe Bryant and J.G. Bryant.
Services were held on Sunday, Nov. 4, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Tracy Love and Keith Holloway officiating. Burial followed in Mountain View Church of Christ Cemetery at Savannah.
