Charles Dailey (10-26-18) service 10-31-18

Charles Huey Dailey, 83, of Michie, died on Friday, Oct. 26, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
He was born in Camden, Alabama, the son of the late Tom and Vida Dailey. He was united in marriage to Alice Vesti Starkie, who survives.
Mr. Dailey served his country in the National Guard. He retired from McMillan Bloedel Company, where he worked as a supply manager.
In addition to his wife, Alice Dailey of Michie, he is survived by his children, Robert Dailey of Andalusia, Alabama, Janet Bishop of Michie and Ann Morgan of Linden, Alabama; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Rivers of Mississippi and Marion Covey of Stoney Creek, Virginia; and one brother, Cecil Dailey of Camden, Alabama.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers; and three sisters.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, Oct. 31, at Memory Gardens in Savannah with Benny Taylor officiating.
