Lane closure over Pickwick Dam on Oct. 8

Tennessee Valley Authority crews are scheduled to perform repairs on the Tenn. 128 bridge over Pickwick Dam today.
The northbound lane crossing the bridge is closed from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Travel will be restricted to a single lane. TVA said the timing was selected to help minimize the disruption to school and work traffic.Lane
During the work period, motorists should exercise caution when crossing the dam and expect delays.
In the event of inclement weather, the work may be extended or rescheduled. The public will be notified of any changes in the project schedule, TVA said.
