Betty Milford (9-22-18) service 9-25-18

Betty Sue Youngblood Guynes Milford, 86, of Stantonville, died on Saturday, Sept. 22, at her residence.
She was born in Waynesboro, the daughter of the late Roy and Verrah Lewis Youngblood.  She was united in marriage to Rex Milford, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Milford was a graduate of Kossuth, Mississippi High School.  She was a member of Meeks Grove Free Will Baptist Church where she served as church clerk for 32 years. She retired from Garan Sportswear in Adamsville.
She is survived by her son, Marlon Rex Milford of Stantonville; a brother, Joe Youngblood of Chewalla, Tennessee; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Shelia Diane Guynes; a sister, Mary Lou Britton; and two brothers, R.J. Youngblood and Lewis Allen Youngblood.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Meeks Grove Free Will Baptist Church with Charles Linam officiating. Burial  followed in Meeks Grove Cemetery at Stantonville with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer in charge.
