IN THIS CAUSE, it appearing, that Respondent, SAMANTHA BLANSIT and Respondent, CHRISTOPHER NEWELL’S whereabouts are presently unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, so that ordinary process cannot be served upon them. Respondent, SAMANTHA BLANSIT and Respondent, CHRISTOPHER NEWELL, are therefore hereby required to serve their Answer to the Petition for Emergency and Permanent Custody/Guardianship on Chadwick G. Hunt, Attorney at Law, 450-A Main Street, Savannah, Tennessee 38372, the attorney for Petitioner, on or before the 24th day August, 2018, said date being 30 days after the fourth publication of this Order. If said Respondents fail to do so, Judgment by Default will be taken for the relief demanded in the Petition. WHEREAS, Bruce Weaver and Jennifer Weaver executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC, Lender and John R. Moss, Trustee(s), which was dated May 31, 2006 and recorded on June 5, 2006 in Book 410, Page 97, Hardin County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust, (the “Holder”), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and
