Nancy Johnson (3-8-18) service 3-11-18

Nancy Christine Johnson, 76,  of Hughes, Arkansas, formerly of McNairy County, died on Thursday, March 8.
She was born in Salem, Alabama, the daughter of the late James Samuel Moss and Rosie Amerson Moss.
Mrs. Johnson was a seamstress having worked for several garment industries during her lifetime. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hughes, Arkansas and attended Selmer Second Baptist Church prior to moving to Hughes.
She is survived by a son, Thomas Doyle Sirten of Hughes, Arkansas; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Dean Sirten; all her siblings; and former husband, Thomas Harry Sirten.
Services were held on Sunday, March 11, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Selmer with Tony Polk officiating. Burial followed in Crump Cemetery.  Arrangements by Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer.
