Edna Mae Garrard (2-25-18) service 3-1-18

Edna Mae Garrard, 76, of Savannah, died on Sunday, Feb. 25.
She was born in Wayne County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Edgar James and Juanita Daniel Combs. She was united in marriage to Danny  Garrard, who survives.
Mrs. Garrard and her husband Danny were owners of Garrard Pest Control, and she served as office clerk. She had also worked for Brown Shoe Company and River Heights Manufacturing. She was a member of Bruton Branch Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband Danny, she is survived by her children, Steven M. Pettigrew, Belinda Hope Young and Angela McGuire, all of Savannah; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, James Combs of Adamsville; and sister, Linda Whipkey of Vacaville, California.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Combs.
Services will be held on Thursday, March 1, at 11 a.m., at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Chad Ball officiating. Burial will follow in Lutts Cemetery at Lutts, Tennessee.
