Lois Highland (12-22-17) service 12-28-17

Lois Marie Highland, 70, of Savannah, died on Friday, Dec. 22.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Vernie and Bertha Austin Highland.
She had been a streamstress for Kay Windsor Manufacturing and was a member of Walnut Grove Church of Christ.
She is survived by many family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Thelma Bevis, Geneva Poll, Velemay Tilley and Floella Qualls; and brother, James Highland.
Services were held on Thursday, Dec. 28, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Paul Briley officiating. Burial followed in Walnut Grove Cemetery at Savannah.
