Catherine Latham (11-19-17) service 11-21-17

Catherine Miller Latham, 70, of Counce, passed away Sunday, Nov. 19, at Hardin Medical Center.
Graveside services were held at 12 p.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 21, in Ripley Memorial Gardens.
There will be a memorial service held at 3 p.m., on Monday, Jan. 14, at Pickwick United Methodist Church. Garner Funeral Home of Ripley has charge of the services.
Mrs. Latham was a retired bank teller. She was a member of Pickwick United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and was involved in United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the D.A.R.
The wife of Raymond H. Latham, she is survived by a sister, Ann Turnage of Germantown and a brother, Dwight Lyman Miller Jr. of Cordova.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Pickwick United Methodist Church.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate the life and witness of Catherine Miller Latham at Pickwick United Methodist Church on Sunday, Jan. 14, at 3 p.m.
Mrs. Latham was a retired bank teller. She was a member of Pickwick United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir and was involved in the United Methodist Women.
The Daughters of the American Revolution was a huge part of Cathy’s life. She was very faithful and was awarded numerous medals and awards. It is asked that the D.A.R. members sit together in the sanctuary. They will also have a special time during the memorial service.
Since Mrs. Latham was interned Nov. 21, 2017, in Ripley Memorial Gardens, there will not be a need for flowers. If you did not have an opportunity to make a memorial in November you are welcome to make one to Pickwick United Methodist Church.
Following the service there will be a reception held in the church fellowship hall.
