Melanie Wisdom (11-14-17) service 11-17-17

Melanie Ann Wisdom, 53, of Savannah, died on Tuesday, Nov. 14.
She was born in Monticello, Mississippi, the daughter of Larry Earl Sumrall and Barbara Ann Dunn Sumrall-Newsom. She was united in marriage to Deryl Wisdom, who survives.
Mrs. Wisdom was a registered nurse and had worked for the Lauderdale County Health Department. After retiring, she was a homemaker and was a babysitter. She lived in the Walnut Grove Community and was a member of Walnut Grove Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Deryl Wisdom; daughter; Mollie Ann Wisdom; mother, Barbara Ann Dunn Sumrall-Newsom; father, Larry Earl Sumrall and his wife June; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Wisdom was preceded in death by a sister, Lisa Anderson; a stepsister, Pam James; and a stepbrother, Larry Black.
Memorial services were held on Friday, Nov. 17, at Walnut Grove Church of Christ in Savannah with Rex Humphrey and Donnie Allen officiating.
