Jean Bachuss (11-13-17)

Jean Bachuss, 84, of Savannah, died on Monday, Nov. 13.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Robert and Robbie Katherine Lay Welch. She was united in marriage to Gernel Bachuss, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Bachuss attended Wesley’s Chapel Church in Savannah. She was a member of Savannah chapter of the Eastern Star. She worked at Brown Shoe Company for more than 45 years and as a door greeter at Walmart for 19 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Duck of Savannah; and a grandson.
Private services were held.
