W.C. Hosea (7-26-17) service 7-29-17

W.C. Hosea, 93, of Savannah, died on Wednesday, July 26.
He was the son of the late William Luther and Birdie Irene Young Hosea. He was united in marriage to Mattie Etta Tidwell, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Hosea served in his country in the United States Army. He attended Campground United Methodist Church. Before retiring, he worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier for the rural areas. 
He is survived by his son, Donny Walton Hosea; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharon Daniel; and sister, Robbie Hosea.
Services were held on Saturday, July 29, at Campground United Methodist Church in Savannah with Robin Ashe officiating. Burial followed in Campground Cemetery at Savannah.
