Kenneth Ray Morgan, 70, of Adamsville, died on Monday, May 29.
He was the son of the late James Cecil and Dorothy Dale Smith Morgan. He married Barbara June Franks, who survives.
Mr. Morgan served in the United States Army. He worked at Morgan’s Body Shop for more than 50 years. He attended First Assembly of God in Savannah and was a member of VFW, American Legion and Woodmen of the World, also in Savannah.
Along with his wife Barbara, he is survived by his daughter, Mardi Morgan of Savannah; sons, Corbet Morgan and Killian Morgan, both of Savannah; stepdaughters, Chasity McWhirter of Memphis, Jaime Reaves of Selmer and Kala Traylor of Hot Springs, Arkansas; sisters, Glenda Murry of Illinois and Janis Majors of Savannah; a brother, Rudy Morgan of Savannah; and 10 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Morgan.
Services were held on Wednesday, May 31, at 3 p.m., at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Chasity McWhirter, James Roberts, Jimmy Lee Willoughby and David Scott officiating. Burial followed in Memory Gardens at Savannah.
