Hazel Dean Stults Malone, 88, of Savannah, died on Saturday, May 27, at Hardin County Medical Center.
She was born in Wayne County, the daughter of the late Tony and Virginia Taylor Stults. She was united in marriage to William Lawrence Malone, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Malone was a seamstress and of Protestant faith.
He is survived by a son, John Malone of Savannah; daughters, Theresa Brock of Cumberland City, Tennessee, and Dorothy Jean Durbin of Olive Hill; 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by sons, Terry Lane and Charles William Malone; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Arlie Taft and Billy Ralph Stults; and a sister, Helen Hudson.
Services were held Wednesday, May 31, at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial followed in Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
